Take a look at a recent review from our friends at

For the last 18 months, Sydney Soiree has been slowly infiltrating the music mad crowd in the Eastern Suburbs and offering them a new dish to taste. And it seems, Sydney’s young professionals might finally have found a new jam…

If you’ve not heard of it before, Sydney Soiree is a come-dine-with me style experience that see’s three groups of four girls and guys meet, over a starter, a main course, and a dessert. That’s a whole TWELVE new peeps to mingle with. Not bad if you’re looking to expand your social circle, or as many people do with Soiree, meet new singletons. (Ching, ching!)

“I honestly can’t rate my experience with Sydney Soiree highly enough. It’s a fab way to meet new people and on the night, I even met a few couples who met in the early days of the experience, back again to reminisce on the good times.” – Rebekah Scanlan

Sydney Party People Article

IMG_2200Summer may be well and truly over, but fear not, our friends at Sydney Soirée have got the perfect event to warm you up this winter – which is particularly great if you’re single ;)

Their epic roaming dinner parties, where you can mingle with other like-minded peeps, have become infamous among the Eastern suburbs Sydney scene and the next one is due to hit on Saturday 27th June.

If you’re not yet familiar with this social networking spin on Come Dine with Me yet, then you’re in for a treat.

Each Soirée consists of six groups of four people; three female and three male groups. This next event will see girl groups host a three-course dinner at their houses, with boy groups rotating between the houses (via uber chauffeurs) enjoying a different course at each.

The last event saw SIX Soirée’s running simultaneously, followed by a VIP after party for everyone to reconnect with those they met earlier in the evening and to meet those from other Soirée’s. Over 250 of Sydney’s finest singletons in one venue!

Sydney Soirée is a unique approach to expanding social circles and is the perfect platform for Sydney-siders to immerse themselves into new and exciting experiences, whilst enjoying delicious food, great wine and good company.

Living in Sydney and looking to meet new people?

Whether you’ve just arrived or have been here a while, Sydney expats tend to be a pretty sociable bunch, always looking for ways to meet new people. Cue Sydney Soirée – a night of dining, drinking, socialising and maybe even a spot of romancing if you remember to look for it.

All you need to do to get involved is find three buddies/Sydney siders whom you know vaguely (good enough right), sign up on the Sydney Soirée website and they’ll team you up with three houses of the opposite sex to spend the evening with.

For the 2015 Valentine’s event, the groups of guys were responsible for hosting the dinner parties – all the girls had to do was turn up in the pre-organised taxis (oh and bring the wine of course)! This can only mean one thing – it’s the girls’ turn next time – and so the hosting alternates back and forth throughout the year.

Once each group have met and dined, everyone jumps into more cabs and is no-doubt-drunkenly-delivered to and reunited at the raucous after party at the Jam Gallery in Bondi junction. It’s a night to remember and if you don’t, the alcohol will no doubt be to blame.

Sydney Soiree – Mad Hatter

For the Mad Hatters theme the idea was that at every course you had to swap your hat with the person next to you

As you can imagine there was an interesting collection of hats for us to pick up at the end of the night from the Burdekin Lava Room where we had our after party!
